How far is the project from Hyderabad ? |

The Resort is situated on Sankarpally road (beyond Gandipet tank) and is at a distance of 25 km from Hi-tech City. It takes 35 minutes to drive from Hitech towers or from the international airport .The Indus International school has been established opposite to Songs of earth. |

What is the concept behind the project? |
| |
|
The concept is to create a unique outbound adventure based eco -resort .The vast expanse, more than 10,000 trees, greenery and the three unique zones of accommodation and three zones for outdoor experience, the rain dance, the new large swimming pool, facilities for activities like archery, shooting, bicycle, treasure hunt, in house D J with music system for dance etc are for the pleasure and enjoyment for the families visiting the resort on weekends or corporate on working days. |

How are the facilities at the project being utilized ? |

The project has been created to provide exclusive and segregated infrastructure for Conference training programmes, social gatherings and events. More than 60 organizations have been utilizing the facilities Packages of outbound training and team building activities. Large number of corporate trainings for two nights/ three days are also very common and preferred by the organizations. Families and group of friends have been utilizing the accommodation for social gatherings and functions, including engagement and marriage ceremonies.

Our team building adventures actively engage participants, sparking creative energy, fostering innovation and building camaraderie. Teams can accelerate their confidence and growth by combining these team building adventures with a game of Cricket / Volley ball and learn basics of Golf. Our team building adventures can be customized to fit your group needs, whether you are looking for a light-hearted team building program or a meaningful team development experience. The outbound adventure is meant to inculcate the habits of Self Managed Work Teams(SMWTs).SMWTs are meant to inculcate the habits of trust, cultural values, and management of change at the level of teams. Services of experts are accessed when more elaborate experiential learning’s are required through outbound programmes.
These programmes are meant to strengthen communication, motivation for the members, teaching the members self regulation strategies, enabling the members to know each other, identifying and utilizing the strengths of team members and moving towards better team productivity as well as effective collaboration amongst members.
Briefing followed by Activities and the most critical Debriefing methodologies are utilized for this purpose. The services of in house facilitators are always available at no extra cost.

This event contains a foot cable and two hand lines that a person uses to traverse from one side to the other side to the other for Team work and concentration and achieving the target within the time frame.

High Ropes |

Using harnesses, helmets, cables, ropes and wooden beams strung high among trees or poles, teams explore risk-taking, trust and coaching.

Rock Climbing Team Building Adventure: |

Mobilize your team to develop your coaching skills, goal-setting processes and creative problem-solving expertise with this intensive team challenge.
Your team members will pair up, one person on belay supporting and observing the climber, providing the type and amount of help the climber needs the other in a harness scaling the wall. This dynamic carries over to the workplace in the form of strong mutual support and trust.
Climbers learn the patience and persistence necessary to set and achieve realistic goals. Our challenge-by-Choice philosophy enables every participant to experience their own success in the context of their own aspirants.
At the end of the day, participants have gained comfort with taking risks, increased their self-confidence, and improved their communication with teammates. These growth spurts occur regardless of how high individuals actually climb, because everyone is involved in the program.
To heighten teamwork demands, we can add complexity, such as tethering climbers together, or integrate some of our corporate training workshops like the Leader's Role is Stages of Team Development, feedback or Sending and Receiving messages. Indoor Rock Climbing is facilitated at one of many state-of-art facilities around the country. |
