More than 20 acres of the commune is set aside exclusively for adventure and outbound activities and the splendors of nature.

The facilities are laid out 'modularly' into zones. This meets the varied requirements of different groups .Each corporate group is being catered to exclusively by the Songs of Earth team.

The effort is to provide exclusive zones to each group. If a group has less than 20 members then exclusive food zone is normally not provided.

Each zone has a conference hall, dining, dance floor and leisure zone with well spread gardens.
